Veggie Indian Burger

Burger will be the fovourite dish for most of the people. They used to eat it as a snack item or some people may take it for their breakfast. Here we can know that how to make tasty burger at home.

Add Indian flavours to Indian Burgers with raita, mango chutney, coriander and bombay mix
for a fruity and crunchy twist. This is perfect for summer dining.

Ingredients:
                      2 vegetarian bean burgers, quarter red onion, quarter cucumber,
                      half large ripe tomato, quarter small bunch coriander, 2 seeded
                      wholemeal burger buns, 2 tablespoon raita, 2 tablespoon mango
                      chutney, 20gms bombay spicy mix
Method :

Cook the vegetarian bean burgers following pack instructions. Finely chop the red onion, cucumber, tomato and coriander and mix together in a bowl. Lightly toast the burger buns. Divide the raita,burgers, mango chutney, the tomato, onion and cucumber salad and Bobay mix between each bun
